Find out what’s on the menu at the upcoming one-day food festival at Emirates Palace, Flavours of the Palace, on October 21.

Grab your elasticated waistbands and head down to Emirates Palace for a one-day alfresco food festival on Wednesday October 21. Flavours of the Palace is a special evening event that will see the West Wing Gazebo of the hotel grounds transformed into a gourmet zone where visitors can sample a range of cuisines and dishes in one space.

Outlets from the hotel participating in the festival include Chinese powerhouse Hakkasan, lobby lounge Le Café, Emirati restaurant Mezlai, grills outlet BBQ Al Qasr, all-day-dining Le Vendome, seafood restaurant Sayad and bar and cigar lounge Havana.

Some of the items served on the night include Peking duck with beluga caviar, pumpkin gnocchi with gorgonzola sauce, hand dived scallops cooked on the stone, octopus carpaccio with peach tamarind sauce and mini king crab black bean burgers topped with cheese and salsa.

And for dessert think nitro poached raspberry and chocolate parfait, passionfruit and coconut contrast and a citrus fruit illusion.

Tickets cost Dhs150 per person, and will see guests receive both food and beverage vouchers worth Dhs150 to exchange at one of eight special displays on the grounds. Additional vouchers may be purchased on the night.
