The greatest thing about this option is that post-meal you’ll be able to head upstairs to the hotel’s roof terrace for dazzling views of the fireworks from the Burj Khalifa. Although, you do have to pay for the view, as the dinner package starts at Dhs1,850.

Founded in London in 1707, their unlicensed New Year’s party will involve a jazz band, festive décor and a menu that includes lobster soup, roast rack of lamb and chocolate torte with clotted cream custard. Snacks will be served at midnight too. It’s pricey, however. Again, it seems you pay for prime Burj positioning.
