What happens when you combine one of the world’s most famous Instagram photos with one of the globe’s most iconic buildings? Magic…

Their travel photographs are famous worldwide, and now the #followmeto couple are back in Dubai, this time sharing sky-high snaps of the famous Burj Khalifa and the Sheikh Zayed Road skyline.

Russian photographer Murad Osmann has built up 4.5 million followers and counting on Instagram thanks to his beautiful photos of his wife Zakharova leading him around the world.

This snap, with the Murooj Rotana just underneath it, has been taken from a DIFC skyscraper, potentially the 80-storey-high Index Tower:

The now-famous photography project started off by accident when Zakharova grabbed Osmann’s arm to show him a new sight when in Barcelona in 2011. “As you can understand it didn’t stop him from taking a picture even then,” she wrote on their Facebook page. “So that is how the first photo was born. After that our life had changed.

Murad also shared a rare photo that also featured him in it, showing how he captured the above shot…

Scouting for the perfect location. Stay tuned for the #followmeto photo! @visit.dubai #visitdubai
