1. Kickstart the week with a new business lunch

Downtown Jamaican spot Ting Irie has launched a brand new business lunch menu. The two-course menu costs Dhs79 and includes dishes such as Jamaican beef patties and curry goat. Add a glass of wine and it’s Dhs99.

Monday November 27

2. Enjoy a night brunch al fresco

Every Monday at El Sur diners can indulge in unlimited Spanish tapas and traditional drinks with their new al fresco night brunch. Dishes include Spanish omelette, calamari, patatas bravas, padrón peppers and chicken wings, as well as a large flat pan filled with truly authentic, mixed paella. 3. Head to a Latin ladies’ night

There’s a brand new ladies’ night launching every Monday at JBR’s latest opening, live music venue Scarlet Cardinial. From 8pm to 12am, ladies can enjoy a selection of unlimited drinks, plus a 50 per cent discount on food. There’s a Latin theme, so expect performances and live music too.

4. Get festive with a Christmas film

Kick off the silly season this Tuesday and head down to McGettigans JLT for their family screening of Christmas comedy Elf. It’s kicking off from 6pm with complimentary mince pies, mulled wine and carol singers, with the film starting at 7pm. Entry to the movie is free but spaces will be allocated on a first come, first served basis.

5. Have some family fun at a Christmas market

The St. Regis Dubai Gardens are once again transforming into an enchanted winter wonderland for the 2017 festive season. There will be entertainment and themed activities for everyone to enjoy, including a selection of retail and food stalls, children’s activities and attractions, and even an appearance from Santa himself.

6. See a world class DJ in Downtown

7. Meet a British celebrity chef

Simon Rimmer, TV personality, celebrity chef and the man behind The Scene Dubai, will be hosting a festive meet and greet on Wednesday 29th of November from 6pm to 10pm and Thursday 30th of November at both 10am to 2pm and 6pm to 10pm. 8. See a legendary British boy band

The UK’s most successful boy band in chart history, Take That, were here in 2015, and now they’re coming back (but not for good) this Wednesday. Take That enjoyed enormous success, reaching No 1 with eight studio albums and selling more than 30 million copies. In total, the band has had 15 tracks top the charts and played to over seven million people around the world.
