Because let’s be honest, we all love a bit of celebrity goss…

Dubai is fast becoming the mini-break and stopover favourite for the world’s rich and famous.

With so many A-listers (and B-, C- and D-listers) visiting the glittering emirate every day, it can be hard to keep track of who was spotted where.

So in case you were wondering who to keep an eye out for when you’re down at Dubai Mall, we’ve thrown together a list of some of the famous faces in the UAE this week.

Justin Bieber

The Biebs is back! After partying up a storm at Zero Gravity while in Dubai for his eagerly anticipated gig last May, Justin Bieber was spotted in the city yet again this week – but this time opted for a more sedate activity, hitting up the spa in the Dubai International Hotel at Dubai Airport. We’re not sure whether he was on a layover or staying longer (you might want to check Zero Gravity this weekend, just to be sure).

Shah Rukh Khan

Bollywood megastar Shah Rukh Khan is the star of a massive Dubai Tourism campaign, #BeMyGuest, and he’s just released a teaser video for the next edition. The full version will be launched on January 13, but for now we can enjoy this cute clip of the star surprising some unsuspecting cyclists in the desert…

Anthony Joshua

World heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is back in Dubai on holiday (he was also here for a guest appearance in November), and has been spotted at all the usual hotspots (Miss Lily’s, need we say more?). How cute is this snap of him hanging out with his mum?

Honour your mother & honour your father ?✨

Our personal favourite though, is this pic of him trying out the XLine at Dubai Marina. Hey, if a heavyweight can handle it…

Rory McIlroy

Pro golfer Rory McIlroy touched down in the UAE this week, ahead of both the Abu Dhabi HSBC Golf Championship and the Omega Dubai Desert Classic. He’ll be joined by former One Direction star (and avid golfer) Niall Noran later in the month, who will be participating in the ProAm competition at Emirates Golf Club on January 24. Looks like Rory’s already perfected his swing…

Decent morning for it ☀️??‍♂️?

Manchester United

Manchester United jetted in from the UK this week for some “warm weather training”. Unfortunately, the football stars seemed to bring the weather back home with them – manager Jose Mourinho shared this clip of a rare Dubai downpour.

DUBAI….warm weather training camp ?

Celtic F.C.

Another team attempting to soak up the sun was Scottish side Celtic, who were in town for a mid-season training camp. The bhoys shared some snaps of a session with the Burj Khalifa in the background.
