1. Celebrate Easter with a lively party brunch

2. Enjoy a tasting menu at a famous New York export

To celebrate their first birthday, Le Cirque in The Ritz-Carlton, DIFC is hosting the venue’s founder from New York, Mauro Maccioni. In town for three days, the venue’s founder will be hosting three days of tasting menus of four, five or six courses with wine pairings.

3. Check out a new art exhibition

There’s a new gallery to check out at d3 this week called Colours of Spring. The exhibition features new art during the Dubai Art Season with works from local artists including Mai Majdy AlSayyad, Nayma Yasir, and Maria Gouta.

4. Meet a celebrity chef

Steakhouse Rhodes Twenty10 has launched a new menu, and to celebrate, the famous chef behind the restaurant, Gary Rhodes, will be on the pots and pans this April 3 and 4. New menu items include the Rhodes Twenty10 burger, braised red wine beef, and a wild mushroom risotto.

5. See some live jazz

Kicking off a new season of live music, La Petite Maison Dubai will bring a slice of the French Riviera’s nightlife to Dubai, hosting rock, jazz, and pop act The Troubadours straight from Nice, France this Tuesday. Starting at 8pm, the four-piece ensemble, made up of electric and acoustic guitarists, a double bassist, and a drummer will serenade guests with feel-good hits.

Wednesday April 4

6. Watch two top chefs battle it out

Michelin-starred Chef Atul Kochhar and renowned UK celebrity Chef Nigel Haworth will be seen battling each other in a culinary cook-off this Wednesday at Rang Mahal by Atul Kochhar. Guests will get to watch the chefs go head to head in the kitchen and sample a five-course menu from both Atul and Nigel.

7. Check out a new ladies’ night with fountain views

Starting this Wednesday April 4, Katana is launching a new ladies’ night, ‘Bubbles, Bites & Beats’. Available from 7pm until 2am, ladies’ can enjoy a sharing menu for two, plus two drinks for Dhs100 per person. Plus, there’s 50 per cent off the bubbles menu.

8. Celebrate a bar turning 18 with drinks for Dhs18

Long’s Bar brings is throwing an 18-day birthday bash to celebrate turning 18 years old. Expect nightly entertainment, and live stand up comedy from local comedian Mad Shadz. Selected drinks will be priced at Dhs18, and the bar will also feature a birthday bash menu of 18 pub grub classics under Dhs100.
