While some offices opt for early finishes on a Thursday or team building days to boost office morale, the UAE’s General Civic Aviation Authority (GCAA) have taken a more unique approach.

In a cute video posted to their social media pages, the GCAA introduce their latest recruit, and youngest employee, Happiness Executive Mohammed Al Hashemi. In the post, the eight-month-old tot is seen greeting the Director General, attending meetings, and signing documents.

The young employee, who is the son of one of the GCAA’s employees, has been going to work every day during official working hours, and has been able to bring a smile on everybody’s faces according to Gulf News.
