The Pearl Rotana’s new Italian restaurant Dino’s has opened, serving a menu that focuses on the classics.

Try a new healthy menu at La Petite Maison

The French outlet has launched a new Mediterranean-themed menu for Ramadan and summer. Designed for sharing, you can taste a range of appetisers and entrées including wild monkfish and whole lobster, plus a selection of new desserts.

Magnesium makeover at Emirates Palace

The hotel’s spa has recently introduced two new treatments using products by French company Thalion that give you an extra dose of calcium or magnesium without you popping any pills – instead, it’s applied through your skin.

Take a cruise this Ramadan

Set sail in a luxury yacht and cruise along the Abu Dhabi coastline while breaking your fast this Ramadan. You can try an iftar buffet of Middle Eastern delicacies and Arabic sweets on this newly launched cruise, while listening to the sounds of an oud player with local tour company M&H Cruises.

Go collecting at Etihad Modern Art Gallery

Etihad Modern Art Gallery’s annual exhibition and souq are back, giving you the chance to admire works by local artists, and maybe even buy a piece. The artworks on display have been featured at all of the gallery’s shows over the past year, and the event is now in its fifth year. The souq will be selling a selection of contemporary art pieces, including modern acrylic and oil paintings and digital prints.

Revamped Amalfi returns

Replacing the former Italian restaurant Amalfi, District By Amalfi is the latest refurbished opening at Le Royal Méridien. Try flavours from the Italian Amalfi coast mixed with dishes from New York City.

Check out an exhibition at Warehouse421

For the past two years, UAE art has been making waves in Italy, and has been exhibited at the renowned Venice Biennale, an arts organisation based in the city. Now, those works are on display at Warehouse421 until June.
