Tuck in to a set menu by a celebrity chef

Cool off with an evening pool pass

Head to the Dubai Polo & Equestrian Club every Thursday and Friday evening to cool down with a refreshing dip in the pool. It’s Dhs50 from 7pm to 9pm, and there’s a host of food stations to grab a snack at too, serving burgers, wraps, hotdogs and nachos.

5. Go on a snow hike
