1. Enjoy a 75 per cent discount on drinks

2. Kickstart the weekend with an evening brunch

4. Catch a new blockbuster

The highly-anticipated Ocean’s 8 is out in cinemas this Thursday. This heist film proves that any job Danny Ocean and his crime crew can pull off, his ex-con sister Debbie (Sandra Bullock) can do with a lot less manpower. Leading a group of seven other talented women, Debbie sets her sights on New York’s illustrious Met Gala and a diamond necklace worth $150 million.

5. Tuck into a bottomless brunch with pool access

Legends is bringing back its popular summer brunch at Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club this weekend. The three-hour brunch features an international selection of buffet starters and desserts, a choice of a la carte main and also comes with pool access to the Clubhouse.

6. Bag a bargain with Dubai Summer Surprises

Credit cards at the ready, Dubai’s annual shopping festival returns on June 22, and it’s bringing six weeks of epic sales to the city’s malls. Running until August 4, expect great deals on a whole range of products, as well as giveaways and weekly flash sales.

7. Find your zen with free yoga

Fitness First has teamed up with The Rixos hotel for a free sunset yoga session on the iconic Palm Jumeirah this Friday. The holistic yoga session will focus on both physical and mental wellbeing, and is open to the public and free to attend. Just bring along your mat and workout gear.

8. Cool off with a poolside brunch

Summer may have struck, but if you can brave the heat (and stay in the shade), there’s two new brunches launching at Zero Gravity this weekend. On Friday, the beach club is undergoing a tropical makeover for the Tropical Brunch, serving up four hours of poolside beats, a new menu serving dishes such as chicken & pineapple salad, Jamaican beef patties and Hawaiian pizza jerk chicken, washed down with unlimited drinks.
