This looks like fun…

JBR is becoming quite the entertainment hub. First, Glowing Rooms arrived, serving up 3D, glow in the dark mini golf fun across 18 holes. Next, it was TEPfactor, a crystal-maze inspired adventure challenge that combines skill, patience and logic games against the clock. And now there’s a brand new game to check out on the Plaza Level of JBR’s Bahar called Countdown Challenge.

The latest escape game experience to open in Dubai, each game is played in groups of two to ten, with a time limit of one hour per game.

Although details of the games, and of course how to solve them, are being kept strictly under wraps, game names include ‘Last Will’ ‘Escape Plan’ and ‘Crime Evidence’, so we reckon this isn’t for the faint hearted.

There’s five games in total, with four currently open and the last one due to be unveiled soon. Each has a different objective, designed to test your intelligence, logic and patience. Players will be given a brief, locked in the room, and then have one hour to complete the game.

Each game costs from Dhs280 weekdays and Dhs300 on the weekends for two players. Additional players are priced between Dhs100 and Dhs110 each.
