Sessions will be led by some of Dubai’s leading instructors…
Whether you enjoy the calming inner-peace of a guided yoga session, or an endorphin-pumping workout, there will be plenty of both this weekend at Club Vista Mare on the Palm Jumeirah.
On Saturday, June 30 the popular strip of restaurants and bars will transform into an open-air workout arena where visitors can enjoy a mix of fitness and yoga classes as the sun sets over a picturesque backdrop of the Dubai skyline.
The ‘Core Beats’ fitness concert, organised in collaboration with the Yoga La Vie studio, is a first of its kind in the emirate and will include light installations, a live DJ and an all-star lineup of some of Dubai’s finest yoga and fitness instructors.

Proceedings will kick off at 6pm with an R&B-inspired sunset Vinyasa yoga flow that focuses on breathing and movement.
Things then kick up a gear at 7.30pm with a 60-minute body weight, high-intensity interval training session that will no doubt get your blood pumping. Organisers claim the session can help you burn up to 1,000 calories, which will come in handy as attendees are also entitled to a post-workout 15 per cent discount on F&B at Club Vista Mare’s Ibn Al Bahr and Aji restaurants.
The event is free to attend but you’ll need to bring your own mat or beach towel and you must register via Facebook prior to arrival.
