This affects flights to 10 destinations from December 2…

Low-cost airline Flydubai has announced that flights to 10 of its destinations will move from its current operating base of Terminal 2 to Terminal 3 at Dubai International airport.

Terminal 3 is normally used exclusively for Emirates flights, but a recent codeshare partnership between between the two airlines looks like it has opened things up a little.

Traditionally, all Flydubai aircraft operate out of Terminal 2, but from December 2, 2018 passengers travelling to Belgrade, Bishkek, Bucharest, Catania, Dushanbe, Helsinki, Krakow, Prague, Rostov-on-Don and Salalah will need to check in via the Business and Economy Class desks located in the departures area of Terminal 3.

Flydubai says that these particular destinations were chosen to help improve connection times between Emirates and the low-cost carrier.

Passengers who have already booked flights to any of these destinations and are scheduled to fly after December 2 receive information information on communications from Flydubai informing them of the change in flight number and terminal.
