The winter wonderland themed brunch will feature festive entertainment, endless international dishes and a dine under the sea experience…

Fancy dining your way around some of Palm Jumeirah’s top restaurants? You can next month, thanks to the return of Atlantis The Palm’s mega brunch, Cirque de Cuisine.

Back for another addition on Thursday December 6, guests can expect a ‘Winter Wonderland’ themed edition of the brunch, complete with festive entertainment, themed dishes and plenty of Christmas spirit.

Not familiar with the concept? The culinary extravaganza allows diners to wander between six of Atlantis’ best-loved restaurants, taking advantage of unlimited food and premium drinks across them all.

This year the restaurants taking part are Nobu by Nobu Matsuhisa, Gordon Ramsay’s Bread Street Kitchen, underwater restaurant Ossiano, Ronda Locatelli, Seafire Steakhouse and the recently opened Hakkasan.

Each of the restaurants will be serving up their typical cuisine (hello black cod at Nobu), as well as some themed festive dishes especially for the occasion, such as turkey wellington at Bread Street or a traditional roast dinner at Seafire Steakhouse. Save room for dessert though – as guests can also head to the Lost Chambers Aquarium to feast under the sea on a number of sweet pastry dishes prepared by Ossiano’s team.

Then, once brunch is over, head through to Bread Street Kitchen where an after party will keep the atmosphere going until 3am, with resident DJs blasting all the best festive party hits.

But it’s not all about the food. The Avenues will also see performances from Cirque le Soir’s death-defying stunt team, a choir welcoming guests with festive carols and the whole area will be transformed with Christmas trees, snow-filled walkways, fairy lights and life-sized nutcrackers.

Tinsel at the ready…
