Great news if you’re planning a summer city break…

Thinking of heading away on a city break this summer? Well, have you considered the Serbian capital of Belgrade, which you’ll be able to reach direct from Sharjah with Air Arabia from this summer.

The low-cost airline will operate flights from Sharjah to Belgrade four times a week from June 28 on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The seven-hour flight will depart Sharjah International Airport at 9am on Tuesdays and Fridays, arriving at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport at 1pm local time. The flight will then leave Belgrade at 1.40pm, arriving in Sharjah at 9pm.

On Thursdays and Saturdays, the flight will leave Sharjah at 3.45pm, arriving at 7.45pm local time. A return flight will depart Belgrade at 9.45pm, arriving at 5.05am the next day.

“The new Sharjah to Belgrade service offers our customers an opportunity to discover a colorful and historic city situated on the main route that connects Europe and Asia,” said Adel Al Ali, Air Arabi’s CEO.
