1. Check out a nICE activation

To celebrate the launch of the new Ultraboost 19, adidas have created a pop up space on The Dubai Mall Ice Rink. The area includes running machines which will review your running technique and test your speed, you can also purchase the collection and customise your kicks.

2. Enjoy a brand-new ladies’ day

Cool new hotel W Dubai has launched ‘Not Another Ladies Day’, which is running from 12pm to 4pm every Sunday. The four-hour package will offer unlimited free flowing drinks and a selection of bites for Dhs150 for ladies and Dhs250 for guys. The Wet Deck is adults-only swimming pool with a swim up bar, loungers and cabanas dotted around the swimming pool, and an elevated DJ booth at the back.

3. Take a trip to Tokyo

Fun Asian restaurant, Miss Tess, brings you a new ladies’ night, Shibuya Pop. The terrace and bar area will transform from Downtown Dubai into Downtown Tokyo and offer selected drinks for only Dhs8 for ladies all night. If you want to push the boat out, you can get unlimited drinks plus a sushi platter for Dhs88.

4. Test your general knowledge

The Lion by Nick & Scott has a brand-new quiz night, hosted by Darryl Rees. 5. Attend a talk on sustainability

The next event in the Flow Talk Series will feature five sustainability experts who will discuss their area of research in a bid to educate the wider public on how to make environmentally-aware choices in their daily lives. The panel includes Milli Midwood, Mariska Nell, Baharash Bagherian, Molly Huggins and Yasmine Badri, all of whom will be sharing their personal experiences, successes and plans.

6. Throw it back to the 90s

In true Mr Miyagi’s style, the popular Media City hotspot has a new 90s themed lady’s and boys night, ‘Ice Rice Baby’, every Tuesday. For Dhs99, you can feast on a Bento box with five of your favourite Asian dishes and three tasty drinks from their funky Ice Rice Baby cocktail or classics menu.
