Watch: Pierce Brosnan rides camel while filming in Dubai

It looks like another action-packed day on set for the former James Bond…

Actor Pierce Brosnan has made no secret of his trip to the UAE. The former James Bond is in town with the rest of the cast and crew of his new film, The Misfits, to film scenes for the upcoming movie.

And after a few days in the capital, the group have moved over to Dubai, with Brosnan sharing snaps and videos to his Instagram to keep his followers updated with filming.

Sharing an image of himself riding a camel while a camera films alongside him, Pierce captioned the post, “Dubai … “The Misfits” …my new buddy Chuck !”

In a secondary post, the actor films himself trekking through the desert on Chuck the camel, alongside several cast and crew members around him.

It would appear the group have moved to filming in Dubai from the capital, where they have been for the last few days. Last week, Brosnan took to Instagram to share posts from the Louvre Abu Dhabi, describing the museum as “a masterpiece of design”. He also shared videos of his ‘room with a view’ with his 970,000 followers.

It is thought that Brosnan and the rest of ‘The Misfits’ cast are staying at Jumeirah at Etihad Towers, which has already been confirmed as one of the shoot locations.

Although we’re not sure how long they’ll be filming in the UAE, it has already been suggested that much of the film will be filmed in the Middle East. So we’re still hopeful we might catch a glimpse of the former James Bond.

Heist thriller ‘The Misfits’ starring Pierce Brosnan will be directed by action veteran Renny Harlin, who has previously directed films such as Die Hard 2 and Skip Trace.

The Misfits follows the story of renowned criminal Richard Pace, who finds himself caught up in an elaborate gold heist that promises to have far-reaching implications.

Jamie Chung and British actress Hermione Corfield will also appear in the film.
