Tania’s Teahouse

If its quirky breakfast options you’re after then you should definitely try this place out. From ‘Mermaid Toast’, to ‘Chia Later’ pudding, Tania’s Teahouse have some brilliant alternative breakfast options that are served up all day.

Circle Café

Whether its 8am or 5pm you can still tuck into a top English fry up at affordable prices at Circle Cafe. Feeling lazy? Use their takeaway service and enjoy your breakfast at home – minus the mess.

Eggspectation

All puns aside, you need to check out the famous eggs benedict here. Open from 7am until late, both branches in JBR and City Walk pack out quickly, so don’t be surprised to wait a while if you arrive during peak time.

Jones the Grocer

Jones the Grocer has a brilliant breakfast menu, served across its Dubai locations. The Jones traditional breakfast is their flagship breakfast feast, and a feast it is. It’s worth noting the breakfast is served until 4pm only on weekends, so you won’t be able to get your breakfast fix for lunch through the week.

The Sum of Us

If its Instagramable scrambled eggs you’re after then you’ll love the all day breakfast at The Sum Of Us. Dishes are beautifully presented, and they’re not small portions either. With an in-house bakery, you will definitely want a coffee and a pastry to-go too.

Tom and Serg

Tom and Serg has carved a reputation as one of the city’s best breakfast spots. It’s open daily until 4pm, with an excellent array of healthy (and a few naught) breakfast dishes on offer every day until closing.

Bounty Beets

 

The new kid on the block is Bounty Beets, a healthy eating spot that promises ‘a unique style of gluten free and vegan friendly’ dishes. It’s a great place to check out if you haven’t posted an Instagram in a while, or just like colorful foods.

Shakespeare & Co.

Shakespeare’s is pretty legendary in the UAE and it continues to be a favourite for breakfast. The signature kitsch interior design sets it apart from other cafes in Dubai. Head here for the eggs benedict or the big breakfast burrito and you’ll leave happy.

Boston Lane

This ultra-cool Aussie spot in Al Quoz is inspired by the cafes in Melbourne. There are tons of different all-day breakfast options, from colourful Acai bowls to an indulgent brekkie roll, with scrambled eggs, vintage cheddar and mozarella.

McGettigans

When you’re craving a hearty fry up, there are few places better to head than McGettigans. It’s simple, traditional and served with toast and tea or coffee – just the way we like it. They’ve also got lighter options like omelettes or cheese and chive scrambled eggs. Even better, their breakfasts are available until 3pm.

Perry & Blackwelder’s

Perry & Blackwelder’s, the American smokehouse joint at Madinat Jumeirah, serve up a plate of full-English favourites all day, including a cup of tea or coffee, for Dhs85. They’ve also recently added to their weekend breakfast menu, with some new American breakfast dishes like baked apple Texas toast now available. It runs from 10am to 1pm.

Fibber Magee’s

Traditional Irish pub Fibber Magee’s serves their hearty breakfasts from 8am to 11pm every day. Choose from breakfast baps, full-English or chef’s omelette to delicious stuffed toasties to fill you up, any time of the day.

Tashas

Tasha’s do an array of breakfast options to suit every palette, and there’s now a Tasha’s cafe in several corners of the city from Marina Mall to Jumeirah. Try something a little different and opt for the hummus toastie, which includes hummus, rocket, avo, tomates, feta, poached egg, za’atar spice served between two layers of village bread.

1762 Stripped

1762 deli’s already had a stellar reputation in Dubai for their gourmet breakfast and lunch options, so it only made sense that they opened up their very own cafe. Enter 1762 Stripped in JLT, which is a trendy spot for those long weekend breakfasts.

The Coffee Club

The Coffee Club is popular among Dubai residents, with branches all over the city. We recommend their poached eggs with chorizo and avocado smash – it’s a brilliant way to start the day.

Walnut Grove

This South-African cafe in City Walk and The Dubai Mall boasts dishes that are healthy and oh-so-pretty in equal parts. Their all day breakfast and brunch options include The Parisian, smashed avo on toast, chia seed honey pot and crunchy French toast.

If you’re having a day of retail therapy at Mall of the Emirates, stop at Common Grounds for breakfast any time until 4pm. Love a super healthy breakfast bowl? Try their Acai bowl with banana, strawberry, cacao, granola, dried raspberry, dragon fruit and passion fruit.
