Lebanon Island, part of the World Islands, is still up for sale, and comes complete with private beach club, swimming pool and licensed bar…

With no shortage of swanky properties up for sale across the city, we’re rarely surprised when a new spot goes up for sale. But this time, we reckon we’ve found what could be the most luxurious real estate purchase out there.

On the market for a cool Dhs80 million, Lebanon, which forms part of Dubai’s artificial World Islands development comes complete with a private beach club, restaurant, events space, swimming pool and licensed bar.

Since opening for business in 2014, the island has served as a beach club and day-cation spot for Dubai dwellers and tourists alike, as well as a popular events space.

But if you ask us, we’d be wanting to keep those sandy stretches of beach and super sized swimming pool all to ourselves…

The property, currently on the market with real estate firm Allsopp & Allsopp, has undergone several refurbs since 2014, and the restaurant now boasts panoramic views of the Dubai Skyline, beach club and across to the other untouched World Islands.

The Island is also home to a cluster of private chalets which are all fitted with individual bathrooms and air con units. Perfect for entertaining visitors, we reckon…

Lebanon was the first of the World Islands to be completed, and remains the only island that guests can currently visit. A further six islands, clustered together as The Heart of Europe, are under construction at the minute, and will feature 14 hotels between them when open in 2020.
