It will occupy the 51st floor of The Palm Tower, and will open its doors next year…

It’s one of the hottest restaurants in London, Miami and Amsterdam, and it’s just been announced that SUSHISAMBA is set to open its first venue in Dubai in 2021.

The stunning restaurant and bar will open on the 51st floor of the currently under construction The Palm Tower, which soars 240 metres above the Palm Jumeirah.

If you’re not familiar with SUSHISAMBA, the restaurant serves up a mix of Japanese, Brazilian and Peruvian cuisine. As well as high-end fusion dishes, diners at SUSHISAMBA Dubai will also be able to enjoy incredible views of The Palm, Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina skyline.

Although we don’t have any idea what the venue will look like, if the London and Amsterdam venues are anything to go by, we’re in for a visual treat.

Master developer Nakheel confirmed the news, adding that Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group (who operate venues such as Black Tap, Drift Beach and Azure) has partnered with the brand to bring the concept to the UAE.

“SUSHISAMBA will undoubtedly be one of Dubai’s most-anticipated new attractions, and we look forward to the opening of this stunning, internationally-renowned venue,” said Omar Khoory, Managing Director of Nakheel Malls.

SUSHISAMBA will form part of a three-storey rooftop and leisure complex at the top of The Palm Tower, alongside a 50th floor infinity pool and 52nd floor pubic observation deck called The View, which will be on Level 52.

Elsewhere in The Palm Tower there will be 432 luxury residences ranging from one to three bedroom apartments, and a brand new St Regis Hotel, which will occupy the first 18 floors of the striking building.

The Palm Tower is directly connected to the soon-to-open Nakheel Mall, which will open later this year boasting an array of rooftop dining options and more than 300 shops.
