LJS Fitness

The cooler weather means exercising outside is finally a thing again and LJS Fitness bootcamp will see you put through your paces at Zero Gravity’s cool outdoor gym. With around 8 to 10 people in a class, it’s a less intimidating bootcamp than some of the more intense ones and a great way to meet new people. The class takes around 45 minutes and you’ll do cardio with some circuits thrown in there as well as paired ab workouts.

Power Cycle

If spin classes are your thing, you’ll need to add Power Cycle to your list of places to try in Dubai. Fast, energetic and upbeat, your progress will be shown on the screen in front of you which will have you pushing yourself out of your comfort zone to ensure you aren’t the last in the class. You’ll even get a free fitness test at the start too, which will show you how your fitness is progressing week on week.

Power Cycle Dubai, JBC Building 5, Cluster W, Jumeirah Lakes Towers, Dubai, Sun to Thurs 7am to 9pm, Fri & Sat 8.30am to 12pm, first class free. Tel: (04) 294 4989.

FBC DXB have a serious approach to fitness with huge group classes designed to get you fit, healthy and achieve your goals.
