Do you get a little fatigued walking up the stairs? Well how about running up 700 of them? That’s exactly what you’ll be doing if you sign up for the M1 Run, a vertical race taking place at Media One Hotel on Saturday November 16. What will the challenge entail? Oh just a 1.2km run up the seven floors of the car parking space followed by a climb of 33 floors to the 42nd floor. It’s a great way to tone those lower body muscles and be part of a massive group effort. There’s four categories to choose from; 18-39 year olds, 40 plus (with a separate category for male and female) or you can opt for the team category if you fancy doing it with a group of friends. There’s loads of prizes up for grabs for the winning teams.
