Oh, this is a big one. In fact, it’s probably the biggest event of the challenge. Dubai Ride is a unique community cycle, a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to ride around some of the most iconic routes in the city… including Sheikh Zayed Road. There are two routes to choose from: the Family Route, which is a 4km cycle on Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai (ages 5+), and the General Route, a 14km ride on Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai Water Canal and Downtown Dubai (ages 13+). There is no bike rental on site, so you must bring your own bike and helmet, and you must sign up ahead of the event as places are limited. More info here.
Run through the desert at Al Marmoon Dune Run

It is organised by Dubai Tourism and Dubai Sports Council, and takes place from October 30 to November 28 with a variety of free workouts to sign up for across the city.
