The year 2020 gave us many ‘new’ things, but the rise of the brunch staycation in Dubai is definitely one of our favourites. Now, Icon is hosting a new brunch staycation at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Dubai Media City – and we think it’s one of the best deals we’ve seen.
When you book the Dirty Friday brunch at Icon, you’ll get an overnight stay and free-flowing drinks until check out, all for Dhs399 per person.
What’s included in the Icon brunch staycation?
There’s a lot to unpack in this offer, but let’s start with the main event. The Dirty Friday Brunch is held at Icon Bar from 1pm to 4pm. You know when you’re handed bibs and hand wipes on arrival that things are liable to get messy, so keep the dress code casual, rather than dressing in your Friday best.
The ‘down and dirty’ menu includes unlimited starters of wings, nachos and mozzarella sticks; platters of burgers, sticky ribs, chilli mussels and dirty fries for mains; huge waffles, brownies and cookie sandwiches for dessert; plus boozy shakes, beers, wines and spirits.

There’s live music from 1pm to 5pm, but the fun doesn’t end once brunch comes to a close. When you book the Icon brunch staycation in Dubai, you’ll also get overnight accommodation in a double room (based on two people sharing one room), and a complimentary room upgrade, early check-in and late check-out (all subject to availability).
