The luxurious, island resort Caesars Palace Dubai located on idyllic Bluewaters is inviting guests to celebrate Ramadan in a truly unique way – under the stars at Roman Lounge Terrace.

Surrounded by sea and pool views and spectacular sunsets, the luxe lounge is a sociable hotspot for fireside gatherings with family and friends to connect with over delicious Arabic cuisine complemented with a taste of the local culture through its food, beverages, a live oud player and a fantastic choice of shisha.

Iftar

Roman Lounge Terrace’s iftar is a delectable, a la carte experience with a menu of dishes expertly crafted by Arabic chefs using quality ingredients, including organic UAE produce. Guests can tuck into a traditional Moroccan Tajine, slow-cooked to perfection and served with Moroccan bread to share complemented with a side of cold dishes from a refreshing watermelon and feta salad, with marinated onions and sekanjabin (an Iranian mint vinegar syrup dressing) to beetroot bil zeit and prawns fattoush salad. Prefer a warm dish? There’s traditional lentil soup, lamb pita pockets with Arabic spiced braised lamb shank, chicken pastilla in Moroccan spices and more. Iftar is from 7pm to 10pm. Shisha is also served.

Suhoor

The Dhs185 set menu for Suhoor is inspired by Lebanese and Moroccan flavours and includes one cold mezze and a choice of a delicious mixed grill or a signature tajine. To end your suhoor on a sweet note, there’s umm ali and assorted fresh fruit. Included in the menu is unlimited Karak chai, Moroccan tea, Suleimani tea, or refreshing drinks including laban, jallab and karakade (hibiscus juice). Sultry, live music from an oud and kanun player uplift the ambience for a relaxing evening. Suhoor is from 10pm to 1am (last order at 12:20am).
