The clue is in the name at Prime68, the 68th floor steakhouse that’s been a long standing eatery on the city’s fine dining scene. Located on one of the highest floors of the world’s tallest five star hotel, JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, this stalwart steakhouse serves up premium cuts and stunning city vistas.
The chefs at the helm of this smart steakhouse know their stuff: premium suppliers have been carefully selected for their artisan produce. While the star of the show is the array of premium cuts of meat, fresh oysters, seafood and flavourful salads are all mouthwatering additions to the menu.
Intimate leather booths are perfect for big groups, while the more romantic tables for two all line the windows, inviting guests to soak up with city skyline. While it’s all indoors, there’s still incredible views to be enjoyed from the floor to ceiling windows, with elevated dining deals available through the week and an elegant Saturday brunch carnivores won’t want to miss.
Early bird menu
If you’re an early bird, then book dinner before 6.30pm every day at Prime68, and tuck into a three-course menu for Dhs225. Proceedings start with a choice of appetizer, with options including a creamy French onion soup, freshly made truffle gnocchi or a perfectly presented steak tartare. For mains, pick from the likes of pan fried corn-fed chicken with sautéed wild mushrooms; or roasted loch Duarte salmon with charred broccolini. A choice of desserts concludes things on a sweet note.
You can add a grape pairing for Dhs149, with a specially selected glass of grape brought with each course.
Brunch at Prime68
On Saturdays, Prime68 invites guests to enjoy a refined afternoon brunch from 1pm to 4pm. The set menu of sharing dishes brought to the table includes three-courses of dishes like beef marmalade sliders, bone-in ribeye and red wine braised short rib. It’s all paired with unlimited drinks and stunning views of the city.
It’s Dhs295 with soft drinks, Dhs495 with house and sparkling drinks.
