Sponsored: Where elevated Dubai meets Grecian charm…

What does a Dubai venue need to do to stand out on the city’s restaurant scene? Just ask Rikas Group, the creators of some of Dubai’s most beloved hotspots. For their debut on Palm Jumeirah, Rikas Group bottled up the essence of Greece’s dreamiest isles, and poured it into Kyma, a beach club and restaurant with captivating Mediterranean allure.

The acute attention to authentic detail extends from the powder white sand, dotted with macrame parasols and plush loungers, to the menu of moreish Greek eats.

By day, guests are invited to bask in the beauty of their boho-chic surroundings with a day in the sunshine. Live beats dictate the tempo, guests stay hydrated sipping on fresh coconuts, cool off with dips into the temperature-controlled infinity pool, then retreat to the shade of their lounger or private cabana. Whether you prefer to be by the poolside or down by the frothy surf of the Arabian Gulf, this fusion of Dubai luxury and a Grecian paradise is a perfect match.

Then there’s the relaxed restaurant, reminiscent of alluring tavernas from the shores of Mykonos. Here, the gorgeous Greek dishes include fresh seafood, grilled meats, wraps and refreshing cocktails. Expect crispy cheese saganaki, feta loukoums, moussaka, and biftekia as well as a variety of beloved Greek classics including taramosalata, tyrokafteri, and truffled seabream.

As the sun begins to set, house beats are replaced with the sounds of a contemporary Bouzouki player, offering another layer of immersion into the Grecian way of enjoying life. It takes place every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 5.30pm to 10pm. It’s backdropped by sounds of Kyma’s resident DJs bringing the heat to the beach.
