From Wednesday, October 4 to Saturday, October 7, guests will have the opportunity to try the exciting new menu presented by chef Mina himself. During his visit, the culinary maestro will experiment with new flavours, gaging crowd reaction to fine-tune the brasserie-style sharing dishes including the elegantly simple escargots à la bourguignonne with herb butter and grilled sourdough.
When: Monday to Friday, 12pm to 3pm
Sample chef Michael Mina’s contemporary cuisine over a sophisticated business lunch at the DIFC hotspot. Three courses with tea, coffee or ice cream cost Dhs165 or pay Dhs145 for two courses. The menu features a wide selection of raw starters, appetisers, salads, wood-grilled steaks, and more, from baked Camembert cheese to moules frites, Wagyu burger to king crab spaghetti.
When: Every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm
The Urban Chic Brunch takes place every Saturday from 1pm to 4pm. Guests can enjoy three hours of unlimited beverages including a tableside gin and tonic trolley, a three-course menu, and live jazz music. On the menu? Sharing starters include a seafood tower, truffle gratinée, and steak tartare, followed by a choice of main from crab spaghetti to Mina’s signature steak. Make sure to save room for dessert, including the signature banana tarte tartin and basque cheesecake. Brunch packages are priced at Dhs320 for soft, Dhs520 for house, and Dhs720 for premium.
