Le Meryeme Mall promises to be a community-focused leisure, dining and entertainment hub – and it’s opening soon

Great news for residents of The Villa and its surrounding neighbourhoods: a brand new mall is set to open soon.

Since last year, Le Meryeme Mall has been under construction in the heart of The Villa community, and as per developer KeyMavens’ website, it’s slated to open in Q2, 2026, meaning it should just be weeks away.

Designed as a community hub for residents of The Villa, you’ll find everything you need inside the 124,000 square foot space. A mix of premium and causal retail offerings will be enhanced with leisure and wellbeing experiences, with the plans including a state-of-the-art gym and rooftop pool, bringing a resort feel to an urban retail destination.

Within the arcade of shops, expect to pick up your everyday essentials, shop curated homewares and gifts, and peruse trendy boutiques. So far, Le Meryeme Mall’s Instagram account has only confirmed its first store opening – Mumso, the place to shop for essentials, beauty, accessories, home items, and lifestyle favourites, with more brands set to be revealed soon.

Once you’ve shopped up a storm, Le Meryeme Mall promises to delight taste buds with a selection of cafes and restaurants.
