Andrea Bocelli to perform during Abu Dhabi Grand Prix race week

It’s not the voice you’d expect to hear during an adrenaline-fuelled race week, but Andrea Bocelli is joining the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix line-up for 2026

When you think of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, Andrea Bocelli probably isn’t the first name that comes to mind. Yet the legendary Italian tenor is set to become part of the race week line-up, bringing a touch of classical elegance to one of the most adrenaline-fuelled weekends on the UAE calendar.

The world-renowned tenor will bring his Romanza 30th anniversary World Tour to Etihad Arena as part of a new addition to the after-race concerts, Yasalam Classics.

The new concert features landmark performances during the week of the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. He will be accompanied by the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra, celebrated for its luminous sound and expressive performances.

Andrea Bocelli will perform on Wednesday, 2 December 2026, at Etihad Arena. So for you non-classical music fans, yes, there are still two after-race concert announcements coming your way.

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticket holders get prior access to tickets to the Yasalam Classics for 24 hours on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. You will receive an email link to make your purchase.

The general sale will then go live at 1pm on Wednesday, 17 June, 2026. It will be available on ticketmaster.ae

Andrea Bocelli has captivated audiences worldwide for over three decades. He is known for beloved classical crossover works, including Con te partirò (Time to Say Goodbye), Canto della Terra and Ave Maria.

He has sold more than 90 million records worldwide and performed at landmark events, including the Olympic Games and the World Cup.

This year marks the 30th anniversary of Romanza – the album that established Bocelli as a global phenomenon. It is both the best-selling Italian-language album and the best-selling predominantly non-English-language album of all time.
