Dubai Shopping Festival will now take over the city’s malls from December 26 to February 2…

It’s the biggest event on the retail calendar, and organisers have just revealed that the 2019 Dubai Shopping Festival will be extended from December 26 to February 2.

Now in its 24th edition, this will be the longest festival to date with huge sales, deals and discounts taking over many of the city’s malls.

You’ll be able to bag bargains from more than 700 brands across 3200 outlets.

The retail bonanza will kick off with a 12-hour mega sale across six Majid Al Futtaim malls (including Mall of the Emirates) on December 26, with up to 90 per cent off certain items.

There will also be some great prizes up for grabs, including luxury cars, gold, and cold, hard cash.

But it’s not just about the shopping. You can also look forward to plenty of family-friendly events surrounding the festival, like fireworks shows and free concerts.

The popular ‘Market Outside The Box’ will also return to Burj Park, with live performances, food trucks, and a pop-up cinema.
