Minor earthquake tremors felt by residents in the UAE

A 5.0 magnitude earthquake was recorded on the Richter scale in Iran on Sunday afternoon, with UAE residents feeling tremors.
According to a Tweet from the National Center of Meterology (NCM), minor tremors were felt by residents in Ras Al Khamiah, although no damage was done.

The minor earthquake was recorded just before 3pm on the afternoon of Sunday February 10.
Several residents of Dubai also took to social media to report feeling the tremors across Downtown, Deira and Academic City, although the NCM did not report any direct impact in Dubai.
