The Room

Do you get bored of looking at your instructor or giving side-eye to your classmates during your cycling session? The Trip by Les Mills is here to change all that. Available at Inspire Gym, the ladies-only sessions offer a visual feast, as virtual reality snippets of steep glaciers, space-age cities and speeding cyclists are projected onto giant screens. It’s all designed to encourage you to climb harder and pedal faster.

Rev Studio

It’s an immersive experience at Rev Studio, too, where you’ll find a range of high-tech cycling sessions, including Les Mills’ The Trip, live-streaming Peloton classes from New York, virtual RMP workouts, and Spivi, which collects your data then pits you against other cyclists via leaderboards, virtual groups and inspiring visuals.
