Get a mani, a pedi and a massage – all at the same time
The Nail Spa has a new offer this month, which sees you book a mani and pedi plus back and neck reviver massage in their multi-tasker chair – and they’ll upgrade your massage to include colour therapy. The treatment has you choose one of five colour cards, representing specific emotions, and a corresponding essential oil. The session should take just under an hour, because the 30-minute massage is done simultaneously while you get your nails attended.

New band at Asia de Cuba
You can now listen to Cuban tunes during the weekend at Asia de Cuba. Sinco Pa Ti are a five-piece band featuring Cuban and Colombian musicians and they play everything from old-school Cuban classics to the latest salsa dancing numbers. You can them perform on Thursday and Friday evenings, as well as during Friday brunch.

Load up at a Bavarian buffet
Flavours in the Sheraton is now serving German grub every Thursday night. The restaurant’s new menu includes Königsberger Klopse (meatballs in a white sauce), wiener schnitzel, bratwurst sausages and Spätzle, a type of dumpling. For dessert there’ll be Black Forest cake, warm apple strudel and Berliner jam doughnuts.

Tuck in at the Yas Viceroy’s food festival
The Yas Viceroy wants you to try all its cuisines at once. Guests can dine on either two-course or three-course set menus at five of the hotel’s outlets this week, as part of its Restaurant Week festival. On the menus are Angus beef robatayaki at Japanese restaurant Kazu, butter chicken at Angar and sautéed king prawns at Italian restaurant Amici.

Visit a fashion pop-up event – LAST CHANCE
Local lifestyle event organiser Abu Dhabi Fashion Days has expanded into the world of mini pop-up stores. Dubbed the ADFD Closets, the quarterly events last for two weeks and feature items created by six local brands and designers. The event ends today.

Check out a hummus factory at brunch
Yes, you read that right. A hummus factory makes up part of the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr’s revamped Friday brunch. You can ask the chef to make the dip in a variety of flavours, including avocado, pesto, red pepper, strawberry or even chocolate. The brunch now includes food from several of the hotel’s outlets, namely Frankie’s Italian Restaurant and Bar, Marco Pierre White Steakhouse and Grill, The Chocolate Gallery and CuiScene.

Watch a musical – LAST CHANCE
Movie favourites the Addams family come to life in a new musical production hosted by local community choir Abu Dhabi Choral Group.
