Early bird menu

If you’re an early bird, then book dinner before 6.30pm every day at Prime68, and tuck into a three-course menu for Dhs225. Proceedings start with a choice of appetizer, with options including a creamy French onion soup, freshly made truffle gnocchi or a perfectly presented steak tartare. For mains, pick from the likes of pan fried corn-fed chicken with sautéed wild mushrooms; or roasted loch Duarte salmon with charred broccolini. A choice of desserts concludes things on a sweet note.

You can add a grape pairing for Dhs149, with a specially selected glass of grape brought with each course.

Brunch at Prime68

On Saturdays, Prime68 invites guests to enjoy a refined afternoon brunch from 1pm to 4pm. The set menu of sharing dishes brought to the table includes three-courses of dishes like beef marmalade sliders, bone-in ribeye and red wine braised short rib. It’s all paired with unlimited drinks and stunning views of the city.
