Kristina, a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher and trainer, Life Coach and founder of KIJU YOGA. Her teachings combine traditional Kundalini Yoga technology with grounded psychological understanding, creating spaces that are deeply spiritual.
You are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and to have a yoga mat or soft surface for practice, along with a cushion and a blanket for relaxation and meditation.
- Morning Kundalini Yoga Experience. This live session weaves together dynamic movement, conscious breathwork and mantra chanting to activate the entire body and awaken fresh energy from within. Through structured kriyas and meditative sequences, participants are guided to move stagnant energy, strengthen the nervous system and cultivate resilience in both body and mind.

All you need to do is get cosy, lie down, grab a blanket, and pop in your headphones or connect to your speakers. Simply relax and allow yourself to be held by the experience.
