Taking place at Bookends, the three-day sale takes place from Saturday, June 13 to 15, 2026 at Dubai Silicon Oasis. It’s a perfect experience the whole family can enjoy over the long weekend.

There are over 1,000 books to choose from spanning a plethora of genres, so you’re sure to walk home with a book or two (or ten).

What makes Bookends special is that it sells second-hand books — so you’ll be giving pre-loved stories a new home while helping to reduce waste in the process.

Alongside this, you can also find hundreds of other titles available for as low as Dhs2 and Dhs5.

The book choices include bestsellers, fictions, biographies, children’s books, cookbooks, and other hidden literary gems.

The event also supports Bookends’ recently launched One Million Books Challenge – a five-year initiative encouraging readers across the UAE to collectively read and log one million books.

Bookends is a great place to get lost in an impressive variety of pre-owned and pre-thumbed books. It is the largest marketplace for secondhand books in the country. It started off as an online store and eventually opened its physical location in Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis.
