Boom Battle Bar Dubai has announced the sad news of its closure

Sad news for Dubai’s nightlife scene: Boom Battle Bar Dubai has officially shut its doors for good.

The entertainment hotspot, located inside DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai – Jumeirah Beach in JBR, first opened in 2023 and quickly became known for its high-energy mix of games, cocktails and late-night fun.

Originally launched in the UK, the brand has grown to nearly 30 venues across the country, including multiple locations in London. Dubai marked the company’s first international outpost, bringing its signature blend of competitive socialising to the emirate.

Inside the venue, guests could take on everything from axe throwing and augmented reality darts to shuffleboard, karaoke and crazy golf, all alongside drinks deals and party vibes that made it a popular spot for group nights out.

The venue released the news on their instagram stating: “We’ve made the difficult decision to close our BOOM BATTLE BAR Dubai venue. We’re incredibly proud of what we built, the memories made & the energy our guests brought through the doors. A huge thank you to our amazing team & to everyone who came to experience the BOOM with us. We’ve loved every minute of it. Until next time, Dubai. Look after yourselves.”
