Orfali Bros has dropped a new OG Menu, and it’s only Dhs350 per person
Dubai’s fan-favourite restaurant is serving up a fresh tasting menu packed with popular dishes – here’s everything you need to know.
If there’s one restaurant that needs no introduction in Dubai, it’s Orfali Bros. The Jumeirah bistro helmed by brothers Mohamad, Wassim and Omar Orfali has spent the last few years quietly (and not-so-quietly) becoming one of the most talked-about dining destinations in the region, scooping up a Michelin star and repeatedly appearing in the MENA 50 Best Restaurants list.
Now, the team has unveiled a new edition of its OG Menu, and at Dhs350 per person, it might just be one of the best-value tasting experiences in the city right now.
What’s on the new OG Menu at Orfali Bros?
The OG Menu is built around the dishes that put Orfali Bros on the map in the first place, alongside a few new additions that show off the brothers’ playful, globally-inspired take on modern Middle Eastern cooking.
Expect to start with the cult-favourite corn bomb, a rich, comforting plate built around 36-month aged parmigiano reggiano and huitlacoche (also known as corn truffle). From there, the menu moves into the umami eclair, a dish that’s become something of a signature for the restaurant, layering porcini emulsion, yeast garum, a fermented glaze and cacao nibs with beef coppa for serious depth of flavour.
Other highlights on the OG Menu include:
- Aleppo street bun – sujuk, toum, pickled haskorieh peppers and beef coppa.
- Roots spicy burghul salad – Aleppo chilli paste, tomato, puffed burghul, olive oil and shiso leaves.
- Guess what? – lacto-fermented tomatoes with cucumber, purslane, sourdough and feta.
- Orfali bayaldi – makdous-style eggplant with muhammara, tarator, walnut and verjus.
- ORF labaniyeh – braised lamb neck with lamb bone marrow, mint, garlic butter and yogurt.
For dessert, diners get to pick their favourite from the restaurant’s pastry display – a nice touch from a team that’s just as famous for its sweets as its savoury plates.

Want to go all out? Try the signature add-ons
If Dhs350 doesn’t feel indulgent enough, Orfali Bros has a list of signature add-ons that can be layered onto the OG Menu for an extra fee. Standouts include foie gras with hazelnut and quince vinegar (Dhs35), a caviar bun with smetana (Dhs109), tuna salsa roja with fermented tomato and aji ricoto (Dhs45), homemade moghrabieh with chickpeas and caramelised onion (Dhs55), and the show-stopping kebab bel karaz – a wagyu kebab with sour cherry sauce, parsley, pine nuts and cinnamon (Dhs75).
There’s also a non-alcoholic pairing option available for Dhs80, and all prices on the menu are inclusive of VAT.
Why Orfali Bros is worth the hype
For anyone who hasn’t been yet, Orfali Bros has built its reputation on taking familiar Middle Eastern flavours and reworking them through a global lens – think French technique, Japanese precision and Levantine soul, all on the same plate. The result is food that’s been described as a masterclass in modern, globally-minded cuisine, and dishes like the corn bomb and umami eclair have become genuine talking points in Dubai’s dining scene.
The OG Menu is the more accessible of the restaurant’s two tasting experiences (the other being The Voyage Menu at Dhs850 per person), making it a great entry point for first-timers who want to understand what all the fuss is about without committing to the full-blown tasting marathon.
