Blue Tokai, the cult Indian coffee brand credited with helping shape the country’s modern speciality coffee movement, is officially brewing up cups at its first UAE café in Dubai. Now open at BurJuman Mall, the much-loved roaster brings its farm-to-cup philosophy, showcasing carefully sourced Indian coffees, transparent sourcing and expertly crafted brews.
Founded in India in 2013, Blue Tokai set out with a simple mission: to make freshly roasted Indian coffee more accessible. More than a decade later, it has grown into India’s leading speciality coffee brand, placing quality, transparency and traceability at the heart of every cup.

Blue Tokai now operates more than 250 cafés and three roasteries, working with more than 80 coffee farms across India.
What to expect at the Blue Tokai cafe in Dubai?
The Dubai café brings the brand’s farm-to-cup approach to the UAE, with every coffee telling the story of where it was grown and how it was sourced. Expect single-estate coffees from across India, seasonal offerings and Blue Tokai’s signature blends, alongside a choice of brewing methods that let guests discover different flavour profiles.
The sips can be complemented by a selection of freshly prepared food and pastries, with the warm, welcoming space designed for everything from casual catch-ups to work meetings.

Sharing Blue Tokai’s story, Shivam Shahi, Co-Founder and COO of Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters, said: “India has a remarkable coffee heritage, yet its potential as a speciality coffee origin is only now gaining global recognition.”
