Looking for your next Dubai dining destination? Grand Hyatt Dubai is home to two restaurants offering distinct experiences.
Awtar

If you love Lebanese food, Awtar should be on your radar. The adult-only (18+) restaurant and nightlife destination brings together authentic Lebanese cuisine, live entertainment and a lively atmosphere, making it a go-to spot for a memorable evening out.
The menu is packed with Lebanese favourites, from hot and cold mezze to grilled meats, kebabs, fresh seafood and traditional Arabic desserts. Choose from two signature set menus: Balbak (Dhs200) or Beirut (Dhs250), or order à la carte.
But there’s plenty more to enjoy than just the food. Diners visiting from Tuesday to Saturday can enjoy live band performances from 10pm to 2am, while traditional belly dancing takes place from 10.30pm to 11pm and again from 12am to 12.30am, celebrating the rich heritage, music and artistry of Lebanon.

iZ

If you’re craving authentic North Indian cuisine, iZ should be on your radar. The contemporary restaurant is centred around a live tandoor kitchen, where guests can watch chefs at work while enjoying an immersive dining experience.
On the menu, you’ll find everything from popular street food classics and regional favourites to inventive chef creations inspired by the flavours of North India. Expect dishes such as samosa chaat, murgh tikka, malai seekh, bhuna gosht, smoky lamb chops and a variety of biryanis. Vegetarians are well catered for too, with paneer tikka, vegetable korma, malai kofta and more.
The experience extends beyond the food. With contemporary interiors, seating for 116 guests and an elegant private dining room, iZ is well suited to intimate dinners, family gatherings, and celebrations. When the weather cools, guests can also dine outdoors.
