Abu Dhabi residents, the wait is almost over. Brass Monkey is a huge hit in Dubai, known for its mix of bowling, arcade games, dining and wallet-friendly deals, and soon, dwellers in Abu Dhabi will no longer be missing out as Brass Monkey is opening in Abu Dhabi this September.
The Abu Dhabi venue will open at The Galleria Al Maryah Island, marking its biggest expansion to date. Expect the same high-energy mix of games, music, dining and social experiences that made its Dubai locations a hit.
Here’s what to expect when it opens
The Abu Dhabi outpost will bring Brass Monkey’s signature mix of dining and entertainment to The Galleria Al Maryah Island, combining comfort food, cocktails, arcade games, bowling and DJ-led nights under one roof. The over-21 destination will offer something to do all day long, and don’t worry, if you get hungry, the menu covers American, Mexican and Asian-inspired dishes, with an extensive drinks menu to match.
Simon Robinson, Director of Operations and Franchise at Brass Monkey Hospitality, shares that opening a Brass Monkey in Abu Dhabi has been a vision for some time. He stated, “The city has developed into one of the region’s most exciting hospitality destinations and The Galleria Mall felt like the right home for our first venue in the capital. We know there’s a real appetite for experience-led hospitality, and that’s exactly what Brass Monkey has always been about.”
He added that it’s an opening of ‘another restaurant or another bar’, and that the hospitality group was creating a ‘destination where people come together to eat, play, celebrate and spend time with each other.’
More Brass Monkey fun is coming to Dubai
Besides the upcoming venue in the capital, Brass Monkey is also expanding in Dubai, with a brand-new destination set to open at Motor City Clubhouse. No opening date has been announced yet, but we will be keeping our eyes peeled for any updates.
