Arguably the biggest event of the year…
If you’re desperate to watch the Love Island final next week but you’re not sure where your head’s at, we’re here to help. While we might not be as lucky as the UK, where the final is being screened in cinemas across the country, some of Dubai’s best loved bars are stealing our hearts with great TV and even better food and drink offers.
Despite not being able to vote or catch the show live, Dubai has been following along with as much interest and emotional investment as anyone else. We’ve laughed and cried along with the contestants, shared every related meme we can find, and even cheered when the right couples were dumped from the Island.

On Monday July 29, we’ll have to say goodbye to our favourite show until 2020, so it’s only right to go out in style. In Dubai Marina, self-professed gastroclub, The Hideout, is showing the final at midnight.
Beforehand, guests are invited to get involved with a series of fun and entertaining Love Island themed games, presented by Dubai 92 Radio Presenter, Aylissa Boyce. There’s also a brunch deal, where you can get three courses and three hours of unlimited drinks for Dhs250.
If The Hideout is just not your type on paper, Reform Social & Grill is also streaming the big event. Anyone who orders two courses from the gastropub can then enjoy unlimited bottles of wine or beer, all night.
Wherever you go to watch the show, prepare for a night of drama and emotion as we say goodbye to the last remaining couples and crown the winners. Don’t forget, the winning couple have a chance of winning £50,000 (Dhs230,000), but will they split or steal?
It is what it is…
