Dubai Stars is a brand new attraction set to be unviled in Downtown Dubai in October 2019. Set to be Dubai’s very own Hollywood-style Walk of Fame, the exciting new attraction is a project is by Dubai developer, Emaar, and will be found on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Boulevard in Downtown Dubai.

400 stars will be unveiled at the launch in October this year, with celebrities voted for by the public in a global social media campaign. When complete, there will be 10,000 Dubai Stars in total, that’s four times that of the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Here’s who has already been announced to receive a Dubai Star.

Aamir Khan

Through his career spanning over thirty years in Hindi films, Indian actor Aamir Khan has established himself as one of the most popular and influential actors of Indian cinema.

Abdel Halim Hafez

The late Abdel Halim Hafez is widely regarded among the most popular Egyptian and Arab singers and performers.

Abdul Majeed Abdullah

Saudi Arabian singer Abdul Majeed Abdullah has had music has been played as part of the Dubai Fountain show.

Adnan Al Talyani

The UAE’s very own footballer, Adnan Al Talyani will also get a Dubai Star for his efforts.
