Terms & Conditions

  • Availability: What’s On Lock In room are limited to 50 rooms and are available on first come first serve basis.
  • Age: Guests must be 21+ with a valid ID for check in.
  • Refunds: Bookings are non-transferrable and non-refundable
  • Damages: In the event of any damages, the guests accepts full responsibility for any and all damages caused by the guest, guests friends or invitees to anywhere on the property.
  • Room Guest Limit: Each room to be occupied by 1 or 2 guests maximum as per the initial booking. Should the management find additional guest are added without a booking, all guests of that room will be asked to leave the property with no refunds.
  • FOC services: Services provided by the Salon, barber and other Sponsors and partners can and may be limited in number and will be first come first serve.
  • F&B: No food or beverage will be permitted to be brought into Studio One or Studio One outlets unless agreed by management in advance.
  • Theft: Motivate Media Group and Studio One does not accept the responsibility for damage to/or loss of any property at Studio One and outlets, prior to, during, or after the What’s On Lock In.
  • Cancellation: If the event is cancelled by the act of God (tsunami, earthquake, floods) MMG and Studio One reserves the right to substitute a similar date but must give the guests prior notice of the change.
  • Payment: All payment must be completed by guests prior to the event
  • F&B Outlets: All food and beverage menus are subject to change without notice.
  • Conduct: The guests agrees to behave in a responsible manner and be respectful to the other hotel guests and visitors, in regards to noise and social behavior.
  • Management: All aspects of the event are subject to the discretion of Motivate Media Group and Studio One Hotel.
