Bollywood blockbuster Dishoom is in town, with 30 locations being used over 40 days, and 90 cast and crew involved, the movie’s capital shoot is big enterprise.

Starring Bollywood megastars John Abraham, Varun Dhawan and Jacqueline Fernandez, the Rohit Dhawan film has already shot scenes in Morocco, and the UAE shoot will include Emirati crew.

The Abu Dhabi locations that will be used in the movie include Nurai, Saadiyat and Yas Islands (including the Yas Viceroy), Emirates Palace, Sheikh Zayed Stadium and the Liwa desert. Filming has already started, with cast and crew spotted at work at Yas Marina on Thursday.

Little is known about the plot of the movie, but it will be an action flick that sees Dhawan and Abraham play buddy cops Kabir and Junaid. It is slated for a July 29 release.
