Safa Park
Although you can hit up the running track around Safa Park at any time of the day or night, the park itself opens at 8am for anyone who wants to sneak in an early game of tennis, football, volleyball or basketball on the lawns or courts; or even a less exertive stroll around the gardens and lake. Al Mamzar Beach Park
The 99-hectare park on the gulf shores, north of Al Hamriya Port, opens at 8am and is the perfect place to set up an early game of football or basketball in the designated areas, before cooling off in the surf on the park’s beautiful, sprawling beach.
