This weekend's Dubai weather forecast
This weekend is likely to be cooler, cloudier, hazier and windier than usual across the UAE.
The National Centre for Seismology and Meteorology (NCMS) has forecast a drop in temperature, moderate winds and lots of cloud cover over the next 48 hours.
The NCMS haven’t specifically mentioned rain in their forecast, but with increased cloud cover showers are far more likely.
In its forecast for Friday, the NCMS has said the weather will be “hazy and partly cloudy”, and that there will be “northwesterly, moderate to fresh winds” that are “strong over the sea at times”. These winds will persist over the weekend, and will cause “blowing dust and reduced visibility over exposed areas.”
They also predict that the sea will be “rough to very rough”.
Temperatures for today in Dubai will see highs of 20ºC and lows of 14ºC (while in Jebel Jais there will be a low of 11ºC).

New find for me: a Cloud Radar site for the Middle East. Useful this week, we might have rain coming in Dubai: https://t.co/M0I7VngL5b
