Every Irishman’s favourite day of the year is here, and with it comes all the green-coloured festivities one could ever wish for.

1. Dhow and Anchor

For St Paddy’s Day, this classic Dubai pub’s chef has whipped up a specialty menu, including traditional Irish stews and home-made apple pies and desserts. Oh, and a stout costs just Dhs17.

On St Patrick’s Day, this actual Irish pub is offering up a special package from 12pm onwards, with Irish specialties such as traditional Irish stew and fresh oysters on offer. There’ll also be plenty of bangers and mash, batter-fried cod, and Dub’s burgers with lots of options involving Ireland’s favourite stout.  After hours, there’ll be an Irish band playing classic Irish folk songs.

3. The Hide

The Hide

The Hide are giving you the option to double up your meat this St Patrick’s Day, meaning guests who order any American or Irish Dry Aged Beef will instantly get double the portion. They’ll also be introducing a number of new menu options for the night, including Irish Oysters, Peppermint Paddy Sundaes, Black Velvet Cocktails and pints of the black stuff.

Sure, it’s a very American spot, but let’s remember the US does St. Paddy’s well. With green-themed dishes and cocktails, Irish inspired decor and classic Gaelic tunes, CLAW are going all out for St Patrick’s Day. Expect dishes such as Irish rarebit and soda bread, braised lamb shanks with colcannon and leprechaun’s hat smores.

For St Patrick’s Day, Original Wings and Rings are going to be kitting out the whole venue in in green, as well as offering deals on any green-coloured drinks including special cocktails and mocktails for just Dhs25 throughout the day. Oh, and if you tag @BuffaloEmirates in an Instagram picture of yourself during St. Patrick’s, you can stand to win dinner at Wings and Rings for two.

7. Irish Village

And of course, this is the place to be – this absolute Dubai classic is hosting a three day celebration, with free entry every day, as well as live music from the Logues, the MapleJacks and DJ Marky Mark the whole weekend. Get in! Oh, and Saturday is family day so there’ll be a petting zoo, face painting and a Bouncy Castle.
