Marco Pierre White has launched a new cookbook – and it has been published right here in Dubai.

The star chef was in Dubai last week to celebrate the launch of Essentially Marco and went out on the Bateaux Dubai for a laid-back scenic lunch to catch up with some of Dubai’s foodies.
